Project Role : Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

3+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Service and Sales

Strong awareness of the following: CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps

Having exposure on Azure DevOps

Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice.

Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed

Write and review technical specification documentation

Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications.

Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
